Here's what to bring:
Yoga Mat (if you have one)
Reusable Water Bottle
(for fitness classes)
Avoid coming to class on a full stomach.
Come to class well hydrated
Wear clothing you feel comfortable in.
Arrive 5-10 mins before class.
(doors may be locked at class start time)
Bring a smile and come exercise with us in a safe and welcoming setting.
